This year, the 2024 theme revolves around "Inspire Inclusion," a call to action to ensure that every woman feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. To delve deeper into this theme, we've engaged in insightful discussions with some of our female staff members, whose experiences and perspectives shed light on the significance of inclusion in the workplace.
